Sonic the Hedgehog Hand-Drawn Model Sheet (c.1990s) - ID: jan24271

A hand-drawn model sheet from the DiC Studios animated series "The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog" (1993-1999). Featuring several illustrations of Sonic in various poses, the graphite drawing was created at the studio and used during the animation process. Original model drawings are photocopied at the studio and the copies are distributed to ensure character consistency among animators. The one-of-a-kind originals are much rarer than their photocopied counterparts. Measuring 13.5"x16.5" overall, with the character image area measuring 11.5"x13.5", the drawing is in very good condition with age-related discoloration, graphite smudges, edge and corner wear, and a vertical crease down the center of the page.
