A limited edition paperweight commemorating the opening of EPCOT Center on October 1, 1982. Produced as a gift for select individuals and executives within the company, the paperweight is comprised of a bronze "Special Edition Commemorative Ticket" encased inside of a three dimensional lucite trapezoidal prism. The ticket is a replica of the "Three-Day World Adventure" ticket that allowed one adult unlimited admission to, transportation between, and use of attractions in EPCOT Center, the Magic Kingdom, and other areas of Walt Disney World resort. This collectible was created in a limited edition of only 2500 pieces and this one is numbered 0278. The paperweight measures 6.5"x2.5" and 1.5" thick and comes in its original hinged display box. The paperweight and box are in very good condition with stress fractures throughout the lucite, and some wear to the printed lettering on the box.
