An original production cel from the Don Bluth Studios animated film "The Pebble and the Penguin" (1995). Featuring a delightful image of Hubie and Rocko, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel represents an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the film. Measuring 13.5"x16.5" overall, with the character image measuring 9"x12", the cel is in fine condition.
